Cupes ink Kylon Higgins

Cupes de los Pepines (Santiago League) signed 26-year old American guard Kylon Higgins (190-93, college: Arkansas Tech). He just played at Savica in Higuey League in Dominican Republic.
Higgins has played previously professionally also in UBA (Dallas Heat).
He attended Arkansas Tech University until 2017 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
